Pregnancy following loss can bring unique emotions, anxieties, and uncertainties.

I offer compassionate, specialist support for families navigating pregnancy after loss, providing additional reassurance, emotional care, and personalised guidance throughout pregnancy and into the postnatal period.

Preparing for Birth

As your pregnancy progresses, we focus on helping you feel confident and prepared for birth.

Support may include:

• Birth preparation and education

• Creating your birth preferences or birth plan

• Induction of labour preparation and evidence-based guidance

• Caesarean birth preparation and recovery planning

• Perineal massage guidance

• Colostrum harvesting

Preparing for the Fourth Trimester

Preparing for life after birth is just as important as preparing for birth itself.

We can also focus on:

• Postnatal recovery planning

• Feeding preparation and early newborn care

• Understanding the transition to parenthood

• Practical preparation for the early weeks with your baby

Flexible Appointment Options

Appointments are available at a cost of £100 for 45 minutes

• In clinic at Mums, Solihull

• In your home

• Virtually

Some families book a single appointment for reassurance, while others choose ongoing antenatal care throughout pregnancy.

Your care can work alongside NHS maternity care or replace it, depending on the level of support you would like.

Booking & Enquiries

If you would like to explore pregnancy support, you can begin by requesting a consultation call to discuss your needs and create a personalised antenatal package.

Personalised face to face care at home, supporting families across the Midlands, Warwickshire and London with online access available nationally and internationally.

A large part of my role is helping families understand their options within the NHS, particularly when care plans change, induction is suggested, or decisions feel unclear so you can make informed choices with confidence.

When families seek additional pregnancy support

Many parents come to see me because they want:

• More time to ask questions and talk things through

• Reassurance between NHS appointments

• Support understanding recommendations or changes to their birth plan

• Guidance preparing for birth and the early days with their baby

Private antenatal care allows space for unhurried conversations, personalised education, and continuity of support throughout pregnancy.
